Three vehicles can fit directly under the house. Parking anywhere else is prohibited.

Parties and/or illegal activities are not permitted. Keep noise at a reasonable level.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. You can smoke on the decks but throw your butts away in the trash.

Run the exhaust fans while using the showers to help control moisture levels in the house.

In the humid summer months, please keep the sliding glass doors closed. Otherwise you are welcome to open the doors to enjoy the breeze but please ensure the AC is turned off.

The pool is open May to September from 8am to 10pm. The key to the pool is hanging up in the kitchen by the window. You must put the key back for the next guest to use.

You will find 3 beach chairs, the charcoal grill (charcoal not included), and outdoor games in the storage area.

Use the outdoor shower or hose to wash sand off. Using the shower/tubs to wash sand off will clog the plumbing.

Use the provided black cloths marked “makeup” to remove makeup or self tanner.

Black towels can be used at the beach, in the outdoor shower, or for drying off your dogs. White towels should only be used inside for bathing humans inside.

If you have a dog please be mindful of dirty paws on the furniture and bedding. Walk your dogs on the North side of the property near the street light poles. Do not walk them on the Ship Watch property (the neighboring property to the South). CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS!

Directions for the coffee maker are on the inside of the cupboard door above the coffee maker.

Property maintenance will take the trash cans out on trash day.
